"Bigger and Better at Burger King" was a catchy branding line.  Ford "Has the Better Idea!" that took the automobile world by storm.  

Unfortunately, Better is not always Better and individuals need to weigh the cost, change factors, relationships
strategies and implementation issues before committing themselves to imposing Better.

Better can be Best when all factors are considered. In this presentation, specific means of measuring how Better can be Better are defined.   ​​​​​​
